All of CEA Limited Client's with access to the data obtained through this Client Portal agree to advise CEA Limited of employees in their organisation with access to this portal, and undertake to advise CEA Limited immediately if any of these employees leaves the organisation. Information is furnished to Clients that is to be accepted as absolutely confidential and is intended for the exclusive use of Clients, who are required to indemnify CEA Limited (or associated firms) in respect of any consequential claim in any form that may be caused by or arise as a result of divulgence of such information by Clients. Whilst every endeavour is made to obtain accurate and reliable particulars and information, no guarantees are given or implied and it is an express condition that CEA Limited (or associated firms) shall not be liable in any way whatsoever in the event of incorrectness of any information. By logging onto any part of this software, all CEA Limited users will be bound by our End User License Agreement
